This is one of the best canned products I've eaten. Its quick and easy.It's low calorie (200 calories per can) and low sodium, yet satisfying and tasty. I'll have it for lunch or a snack. I'll bring a couple of cans with me on trips, where it might be difficult to find healty things to eat.

I was searching for something simple to give to my mother, I am a caretaker of a very fussy eater. After reading the reviews on this, I thought I would give it a try....well, what a pleasant surprise! She loves them, particularly this one, I have tried one other one with her so far but she didn't like it like this one. I originally was heating it up, but lately she's been eating them cold,,,,,,,,,likes them both ways. Am so glad Amazon carries this, has made my life easier. Thanks!
